TU410 - Microlearning on the GO!

Tue, May 21 | 4:30 PM - 5:30 PM | Room: 145, Convention Center

To answer the cry of "help instead of courses!" coming from the workplace, microlearning support can be easily created to help your people in all aspects of their work. Let's take microlearning beyond theory and discover how it can be created rapidly with an eye toward the support people desperately need to get the job done. You will get down and dirty and create a microlearning object with a framework you can reuse back on the job.

Application on the Job:
Identify the traits of effective microlearning content, including what content is fit for purpose and what is not.
Using a microlearning framework, actively deconstruct macro content into micro-sized nuggets.
Practice with microlearning tools, learning that creating "microlearning on the go" can be simple to create and apply.
