"Can I give you some feedback?" It seems like an innocent question. So why does it set hearts racing for both the giver and receiver? Join this session to explore the science behind feedback and gain an understanding of why people fear it and how to fix it. Practice mind/body hacks to fight the fear of feedback; dig into the "fabulous f words" behind feedback (fairness, frequency and focus); and create new habits for your role as a seeker, extender, and receiver of feedback. Explore ways you can start your own movement toward a world where feedback helps elevate human performance, not diminish it.
