Our cognitive biases drive so much of our behavior---and we usually don't even realize it! This session will open up a lot of eyes in regard to understanding our biases to create the most effective learning possible. You'll learn some of the most important biases that affect people's capacity to learn, and how information about biases can be incorporated into learning programs to help participants become more personally effective.
